SALON POLICIES


DEPOSITS

All appointments made for three hour and over time session will require a non- refundable $100 deposit. Deposits will be applied toward the service the day of your scheduled appointment. It is transferable if rescheduled within 48 hours, however it is not refundable.

REFUNDS
Because of our thorough consultation process, there are no refunds of services for any reason. Upon check out, we do highly recommend pre-booking your next appointment to ensure a convenient time. If you are unhappy with your service please say so before check out so we can find a solution that will make you happy.

LATE | CANCELLATIONS

We realize emergencies occur. If running a little late, please understand that every effort will be made to still deliver the service. However, appointments may have to be rescheduled. We require at least a 24 hour notice in the event of a cancellation as we may be able to accommodate another guest. Cancellations that do not meet the above requirement’s will result in a cancellation or no-show fee to the credit card on file. The client profile will be noted for cancellations. Repeat offenders will be asked to put down a deposit to make a future appointment.
